Installed so it can be maintained
Most maintenance problems are installation problems nobody wrote down.
- Load calculation first
Manual N and Manual CS before anything is ordered. Never what the truck had.
- Coordinated before a pipe is cut
Routing, clearances, service access and hangers agreed with the other trades.
- Passivated before it runs
Hydrostatic test, flush, chemical clean, neutralize, passivate. Then balanced, with an independent TAB report.
- Handed over with its numbers
As-builts, equipment IDs, QR tags and start-up readings. The building owns the data, not us.

Isolation each side, gauges where you can read them, everything reachable. Installed to be serviced.
